They Mistake Kindness for Weakness. But The Results Always Prove Them Wrong!
Some give me too much respect. Others give me far too little.
The difference?
Those who understand can see.
Those who don't.. can't.
And that's for sure not my problem anymore.
When They Can't Measure What They Don't Have
The ignorant cannot measure competence they don't possess.
They cannot fathom wisdom that exceeds their own.
So they default to what they know: superficial judgments!
And somehow, they think that gives them the right to be disrespectful.
It doesn't!
It only proves how immature and shallow they are.. especially those hiding behind their titles they never really earned.
Because a title without substance is just a costume. Eventually, it's just a matter of time and everyone sees through it.
The "Superficial Reasons" They Always Use
I've heard them all. The meaningless reasons people use to feel superior:
- "He's not tall enough." — As if height determines capability.
- "He's not really beautyful." — As if short-term beauty determines long-term outcomes.
- "He didn't finish his bachelor's." — As if a piece of paper can outweighs proven results.
- "He's alone." — As if relationship status measures professional worth.
- "He's too nice." — As if kindness is a character flaw.
- "He actually tests his work." — As if executing professionally is suddenly embarrassing.
- "He doesn't care what people think." — As if authenticity is a weakness.
None of these have anything to do with competence, results, or value creation.
They're the criterias of those who have nothing real to offer.
They Mistake Kindness for Weakness
Here's what they don't understand: being kind is a choice! Being friendly is intentional!
It takes more strength to stay positive in toxic environments than to become toxic yourself.
But they see kindness and think: “easy target”.
They're wrong! Every time!
Because kindness doesn't mean I won't walk away from toxic environments.
It doesn't mean I won't choose myself and follow "God's path” which is reserved only for me.
It doesn't mean I won't let results speak louder than their gossip ever could.
I Don't Compare. I Chase.
I stopped comparing myself to others a long time ago.
There's no victory in being "better" than someone else.
The only competition that matters is with who I was yesterday.
“There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man.
True nobility is being superior to your former self.” - Ernest Hemingway
While they're busy measuring themselves against others, I'm busy outgrowing who I was last week. That's the only race that matters in life.
But The Results Always Show
Here's what I've learned after years of being underestimated: the results always reveal the truth.
- It's never the superficial who deliver.
- It's never the ignorant who innovate.
- It's never the lazy who build something lasting.
- It's never the jealous who create real value.
Results don't care about your height, your degree, or your relationship status.
Results care about action and execution!
And the outcome of your execution basically reveals everything!
This Time, I Have Backup
This time is different. My family has my back. God has my back.
I don't fear anyone or anything anymore!
I will go my way as destined. I will appreciate every person who supports this journey.
I will be grateful for every single step forward.. no matter how small.
Fear is a liar. It tells you that you're alone. But You're Not!
Where They See My Value
In other environments (the right environments) they see exactly what I bring:
- The knowledge accumulated over a lifetime of learning
- The wisdom earned through failure and perseverance
- The rare combination of vision and execution
- The ability to build what others only dream about
That's why the right environments put me in leading positions.
That's why the right people respect me.
Not because I demanded it.. but because results commanded it.
It's Time to Move On
Life is too short to waste on:
- Negative people who only know how to criticize
- Jealous colleagues who gossip behind your back
- Toxic environments that drain your potential
- Companies that take your ideas and value without giving recognition
Don't get blinded by the money.
A bigger paycheck in a toxic environments still costs you in health,
in happiness, in years you'll never get back.
Stick With Those Who Appreciate You
In the end, the answer is simple: go where you're valued.
Stay close to those who always appreciate you - your family.
The ones who saw your worth before you proved them anything.
The ones who will celebrate your victories and carry you through defeats.
Everyone else is optional.
My Path Forward
I'm done explaining myself to people who don't matter.
I'm done shrinking to fit into spaces that were never meant for me.
I'm done letting the insecure make me feel like I should be less than I am.
The mission is clear. The support is real. The path is set.
Let the results continue to speak.
They called me too kind, too nice, too humble.
They were right.
I was too kind to people who didn't deserve it.
Now I reserve my kindness for those who do - starting with myself!
🔥 To everyone who always believed in me: Thank you!
To everyone who doubted: watch closely. The best is yet to come!
